Sonoma Sourdough Sandwiches was founded on the idea that fresh means what it means: bread that is never frozen and warm-from-the-oven all day. Produce that’s delivered every day, sliced on site, and meat from California’s best producers – Molinari Salami, Columbus Roast Beef and Pastrami, Diestel Turkey, and Evergood Sausages. We use that foundation of freshness to build sandwiches and salads with unique flavors – garlic aioli, smoked chipotle sauce, and fresh basil cream. Our employees are true professionals – they’re almost all family members and most have been with us between 8-12 years. We’re proud of the food we make, the speed at which we make it, and the value that it represents – everything that’s great about Sonoma County…
